DELIVERY INFORMATION
At Watches of Switzerland we wish for your special purchase to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by our insured courier service and will reach you within 1-5 working days.* We can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.

AUGUST 2016 BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
During the Bank Holiday weekend we have a limited collection & delivery service. Our normal services resumes on Tuesday 30th August for delivery Wednesday 31st August onwards.

All delivery times mentioned are subject to stock availability, where there might be an extension, or even if delivery will be within a few days we'll be in contact with you, most likely to be by email to let you know.

From time to time we may contact you by phone or e-mail to request additional proof of identity before we dispatch your order, where possible we will endeavour to conduct our security checks inside our delivery service level agreement. If your item has to be ordered direct from suppliers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our 'normal' 1-5 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise. OUR COURIER DELIVERY SERVICE
To give you peace of mind, all of our orders are dispatched using DX services, our insured courier and a signature at your address will be required upon receipt of the delivery.

If you miss delivery, don't worry, DX,will leave you a calling card where you can re-arrange delivery for a suitable date. (All re deliveries are required to show identification on delivery)
All of our orders are dispatched using the ' Next Day' service for delivery scheduled between the hours of 8am - 1pm*. (Includes Saturday) and a signature will be required.

*(Deliveries to South West England, Scotland, Highlands & Northern Ireland may extend to 6pm & deliveries to the Channel Islands will be delivered within 24-72 hours) If you wish to speak with to speak to DX at any time regarding your delivery, please call them on 0844 27733130844 2773313 .

Our couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email from 6pm once your order has been collected from our distribution centre.
