01Do you offer finance?
We are pleased to confirm we offer 0% Interest Free Credit option within our showrooms. To find out more information about our payment plans available, please contact your local showroom. Interest Free Credit is not available within our Airport stores.

02How long is your online delivery?
At Watches of Switzerland we wish for your purchase to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by our insured courier service and will reach you within 1-5 working days. All delivery times mentioned are subject to stock availability. Some of the brands we stock online can only be ordered directly from their stock. If your item has to be ordered direct, we will be unable to despatch your order within our 'normal' 1-5 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and maybe extended as the result of any adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control. Please view our Delivery Information page.

03Do you have stores at Heathrow for tax free shopping?

04Does your website ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are only authorised to despatch items to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland.

05Can you buy tax free if you fly within EU?
Yes, we offer tax equivalent prices to everyone travelling within the EU.

06How many years warranty do I receive with a purchase?
Each of our watches has a minimum of two years warranty. Depending on the Watch and manufacturer, they may be offering further years. Our showroom and Online team would be happy to confirm this for you.

09Can you special order items?
The Aurum group has superior product selection available within our stores. We may be able to arrange a stock transfer for you or offer a special order service. To find out if this is available, please contact your local store or terminal of departure.

10Do you offer insurance?
We offer our ‘Sterling Care’ insurance service and we would recommend a policy is added with your purchase. Sterling Care offers immediate cover for your precious new item so you are protected from the moment you leave our showroom. Sterling Care is not available online or in our Airport stores For further details, please contact your local showroom or our online team.

11Can I return a product, exchange a product or get a refund?
When purchasing online or in your local showroom your purchase can be returned within 14 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange. When returning items to watchesofswitzerland.co.uk or to one of our showrooms, the purchase(s) must be in pristine condition and unused or altered.
