The Watches of Switzerland Experience

Just as buying a Swiss timepiece feels like entering into membership of a private club, so making that purchase at Watches of Switzerland is not dissimilar to moving into a portered mansion block in a sought-after London postcode. It’s one of life’s finer experiences.

To cater for the needs of our customers, at Watches of Switzerland we’ve placed every service you might require for your timepiece at your fingertips. Whether it’s a routine service for a trusted timekeeper, a valuation for insurance purposes or simply a replacement strap, we can arrange it for you in one of our stores.

Our in-house watchmakers can undertake all manner of commissions - from engraving to complete restoration, almost anything is possible. And if they’re unable to help, we have unique relationships with all the elite watch houses who will consult on complex cases.

Meanwhile, our in-store staff will offer you the same levels of service our reputation has been built on since G and M Lane founded the company 84 years ago.
