V12 Finance FAQ
- Add the item you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
- Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available plans. We have a number of terms available over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 months. You will only be able to select the payment terms applicable depending on the value of your order.
- You can also increase your deposit at this stage if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
- Once selected, review your terms and when you are ready, proceed to V12's website via the "Proceed to V12 Finance" button.
- You will then be taken to the application form for your Interest Free Credit plan on V12's website. Enter all of the information that is applicable to you.
- We will then ask you for your credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Place Deposit'. Deposits cannot be paid using Paypal or Gift Cards.
- The finance company will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY despatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful.
Please note when considering returning items bought with Interest Free Credit, the order must be returned in full to Watches of Switzerland. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three items through Interest Free Credit but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.
If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision.

Named after Tissot's hometown, the cradle of the watchmaking industry, the Tissot Le Locle encases the brand DNA and craftsmanship values. The Le Locle Automatic Lady, powered by an automatic Swiss movement, displays exquisite elegance. Details such as Roman numerals and a traditional Le Locle signature complete the picture of classical chic. These finish off soave daytime and evening looks with a flourish.
A sapphire crystal gives a watch the following properties: extremely high resistance to impact and superior screen and hand readability thanks to its transparency. Because it is the strongest material after diamonds, it is used in fine timepieces for its anti-scratch prowess. Sapphire crystals can take many forms and give the watch a variety of looks: flat, domed, concave or ground.
All Tissot watch cases undergo several tests, including a water resistance check. Tissot tests the watch's ability to resist impacts and pressure, as well as the penetration of liquids, gas and dust by replicating the real-life conditions in which the watch may find itself.

Free Next Day Delivery - Available on qualifying items ordered before by 9pm Monday to Sunday. Orders will be received the next day between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
Free Standard Delivery - Available on all standard orders. If selected you will receive your order within 3-5 working days. We deliver Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
