We are pleased to confirm we offer 0% Interest Free Credit option within our showrooms. To find out more information about our payment plans available, please contact your local showroom. Interest Free Credit is not available within our Airport and Pre-Owned Showrooms.
At Watches of Switzerland we wish for your purchase to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by our insured courier service and will reach you within 1-5 working days. All delivery times mentioned are subject to stock availability. Some of the brands we stock online can only be ordered directly from their stock. If your item has to be ordered direct, we will be unable to despatch your order within our 'normal' 1-5 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and maybe extended as the result of any adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control. Please view our Delivery Information page.
Unfortunately we are only authorised to despatch items to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland.
We offer Tax Free Shopping for customers visiting the UK from outside the EU. If you wish to take advantage of Tax Free Shopping please ask in store. You will be provided with a Tax Free Shopping receipt that can be redeemed at the airport on your departure from the UK.

In our airport stores, we offer tax free equivalent prices to everyone travelling whether from inside or outside the EU, excluding Rolex and Tudor.
Each of our watches has a minimum of two years warranty. Depending on the Watch and manufacturer, they may be offering further years. Our showroom and Online team would be happy to confirm this for you.

We have a superior product selection available within our stores. We may be able to arrange a stock transfer for you or offer a special order service. To find out if this is available, please contact your local store or terminal of departure.
We offer our 'Sterling Care' insurance service and we would recommend a policy is added with your purchase. Sterling Care offers immediate cover for your precious new item so you are protected from the moment you leave our showroom. Sterling Care is not available online or in our Airport stores For further details, please contact your local showroom or our online team.
As our website is a mainland UK trading website, all orders are charged at the full UK VAT rate at the time the order is placed.
