In October 2020, Chopard will proudly reclaim its role as lead sponsor and official timekeeper of the Mille Miglia, Italy's famous classic car rally, continuing a tradition that the Maison has upheld since 1988. Each year, Chopard's commitment to this event provides an opportunity for the Maison's co-president Karl-Friedrich Scheufele to show his passion for motor cars, by taking part in the 1,000 mile (1,600 km) endurance race that sees competitors complete a loop from Brescia to Rome and back. And each year, the Maison unveils a new collection of Mille Miglia watches to celebrate what is regularly dubbed the most beautiful race in the world.
