Epic X Chrono 43MM brings the energy of the Epic X Chrono collection into a new case size and material execution. Designed around Jacob & Co.’s signature X-shaped architecture, it combines high-performance chronograph functionality with a refined and sporty aesthetic.

The case is engineered to shield every protruding part. The crown and pushers are inserted in pieces that emerge from the case's round shape, with both pusher guards echoed on the other side of the case for perfect symmetry. Crafted from Black DLC Grade 5 Titanium, the case combines satin-finished and polished edges, creating a contrast between technical strength and refined finishing.

This rugged construction is set against a grey crystal dial with black DLC details and skeletonized hands. The black satin-finished anodized aluminium inner rings enhance the depth of the dial, while the skeleton hands with white SuperLuminova and red chronograph hand provide optimal readability. Finished on a rubber strap with deployant buckle, Epic X Chrono 43MM offers a versatile sports chronograph presence with water resistance to 100 meters.

Epic X Chrono 43MM requires a movement that brings all the energy of Epic X and takes it up one notch. Caliber JCAA05 is a self-winding chronograph with two registers, a configuration called bi-compax. The classic movement architecture, with horizontal clutch, column wheel and two pushers, is interpreted in a sporty fashion and visible through the exhibition caseback in titanium and black ceramic.

Caliber JCAA05 is an exclusive skeleton bi-compax chronograph bearing the signature design elements of Jacob & Co. 
The chronograph function is controlled through two pushers. The centered chronograph hand displays elapsed seconds, while the minute counter is positioned at 3 o’clock and the small-second indicator at 9 o’clock. The self-winding movement ensures practicality for everyday wear, with a 48-hour power reserve and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz).
