£500.00
Description
Seiko Presage 'Japanese Zen Gardens' in Fern green
A new addition to the Japanese Zen Garden Series, this Presage timepiece is inspired by the traditional Japanese rock or dry garden, representative of Japan's ancient appreciation of nature.
Under a dual-curve sapphire crystal glass is a deep green three-dimensional pattern, reminiscent of the sand patterns of a Japanese dry garden. With a glossy finish on the dial, the colours depict the lush greenery of nature. A curved minute and second hand add extra elegance, whilst the gold-coloured second hand sweeps over an open-heart. It features the recognisable ‘Karesansui’ pattern, designed to look like the raked sand or gravel that promotes mindfulness.
The open-heart display at the 9 o'clock position showcases the beauty of Seiko Japanese watchmaking craft within, and the in-house built automatic calibre.
Seiko Presage: Timeless looks, precise mechanical timekeeping. Minimalistic watch designs with a distinctly Japanese aesthetic.
