Designed to speak to a new generation, the new Evolution 9 collection is characterised by its confident lines, powerful presence, and quiet radiance, drawing on the brand's deep roots in the traditions and culture of Japan.
Showcasing a clear heritage and pedigree, the collection remains true to the principles of Grand Seiko style as they were defined in 1967, but translated for the modern day with a new power and depth to the shape of the case and the look of the dial.
INSPIRED BY THE GENBI VALLEY LANDSCAPE
This limited edition model draws inspiration from the colours of the Genbi valley - one of Japan's natural monuments where wild vegetation flourishes in the valley's ravine alone the Iwai river.
Presented in a 40mm ever-brilliant steel case, this watch is secured with a co-ordinating bracelet.
At the heart of the timepiece, the light green dial features a new pattern design, silver-coloured hour and minute hands, and a blue steel seconds hand.
Power and precision are provided by the in-house Hi beat 9SA5 movement, with automatic winding, +5/-3 seconds per day accuracy, and a power reserve of 80 hours.
Water resistance to 10 bar (100 metres) further enhances performance.
