Bespoke Design and Repair Terms

The terms and conditions for use of the PayByLink Service ("the Service") for the purchase of products are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Please note, any use of the Service or purchase made through the Service constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this Service shall be governed and construed according to law of the Republic of Ireland and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Costs are an estimate only. If upon inspection further work or parts are found to be required, a re-estimate for cost and timescale will be provided.

Repairs, services and bespoke design deposit fees are non refundable.

Any parts replaced in the course of a repair or service are done so on an exchange basis, unless otherwise stipulated and therefore the original parts will be retained.

An initial payment of €50 is required to commence the design process of our bespoke service. This payment is non refundable.

To proceed with the manufacture of a bespoke commission, payment of a minimum of 50% of the estimated price is required. This payment is non refundable.

Obligation to pay for repair and collect repaired Goods

The goods described are accepted only on condition that you are under an obligation you pay the repair costs and collect the goods within six months of the date of this receipt failing which we reserve the right to sell the uncollected goods to recover the price of labour and materials. Any balance we recover in excess of the price of labour and materials will be paid to you subject to you providing us with accurate payment details.

Goods can only be collected on production of the relevant receipt.

Please note the Consumer Credit Act states that should your purchase / loan amount cost more than £30,000 you will not be covered under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
