Established in 1845 by Ferdinand Adolph Lange in Glashütte, Germany, A Lange & Söhne helped German precision watchmaking become a force to be reckoned with.

Ferdinand Adolph Lange was taught by the very best. After studying with Gutkaes in Dresden, he left to work and study in Paris, which at the time, was the centre of fine watchmaking. Working with the famous Austrian watchmaker Joseph Thaddeus Winnerl as his factory foreman, Lange completed his studies in astronomy and physics but it was watchmaking that caught his interest and he continued to refine his skills with famous Parisian teachers.

Bringing new ideas and developments to watchmaking at the time, Lange flourished and so did the little town of Glashütte. Offering truly magnificent watch movements combined with precious metals and stunning aesthetics, A Lange & Söhne are timepieces to be admired.

Presenting powerful elegance, uncompromising performance and timeless designs. This men's timepiece from A Lange & Söhne's Saxonia collection captures the true essence of fine German watchmaking. Featuring a charming 41mm Platinum case with a beautiful black dial, baton hour markers, and protective Sapphire crystal glass.

This timepiece is powered by a precise mechanical movement.

Showcasing the finest black Alligator leather strap with a pin-buckle clasp for added comfort and security on the wrist. A sophisticated date & chronograph complication has been added for additional functionality.

This timepiece is water-resistant to 30 metres.
