Business and Corporate (B&C) sales are an incredible opportunity to open additional avenues, delight more clients and make incremental sales. While there are more steps than a normal sale, this page will give you the information you need to start the conversation with your client as well as the knowledge you need to confidently fulfil B&C sales.

What do I need to check with a client?

To qualify the B&C sale, you need to establish the below:

What the purchase is for
The purchase must be for the business use e.g. rewards for staff long service/hitting targets or a specific reason a watch is needed to complete their job, for example, a diver
The company is VAT & UK registered
We are unable to complete B&C transactions with companies that are not registered in the UK and that are not VAT registered
How payments will be made
The payment must come from a business account (i.e. a compeny credit card or a bank transfer from the company's bank account)
