When, in the 1950s, the US Air Force was looking for a high-precision chronograph equipped to meet demanding specifications, Blancpain stepped up to the challenge. Inspired by the Fifty Fathoms diver’s watch, the brand developed a chronograph for the Air Force.

A VINTAGE SENSE OF STYLE

This exceptional timepiece is presented in a 36.2mm titanium case, secured with a rich blue leather strap. Framed by a two-way rotating titanium bezel with a blue ceramic insert, the blue sunburst dial features two chronograph sub-dials and a printed tachymeter scale.

The calibre F188B calibre movement ensures flawless precision, while the flyback chronograph measures a succession of elapsed times, eliminating the need for repetitive operations.

This model is equipped with a 40-hour power reserve and water resistance to 3 bar (30 metres).
